Warehouse Materials Flow Specialist — Morgantown, WVA day in this role

Imagine starting your shift with a quick team huddle in our Morgantown, WV facility. The first truck of the morning backs into the dock. You verify paperwork, spot-check the pallets, and log each item into the system. A short ride on the forklift later, and those materials are safely staged and stored. By midday, you’re coordinating with teammates to prep outbound orders—packaging, labeling, and double-checking details. Before the day wraps, you tidy your area, complete a quick cycle count, and hand off notes so the next shift can hit the ground running.

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document inbound materials and supplies.
• Transport goods to designated storage locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, or related equipment.
• Maintain precise inventory records and support stock audits/cycle counts.
• Pick, prepare, and package items for shipment in alignment with safety standards.
• Partner with team members to streamline processes and boost throughput.
• Uphold all safety procedures while keeping a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as operational needs arise.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background in material handling or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and handling physical tasks.
• Clear communicator and reliable team contributor.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and documentation.
