Kforce is working with a client in Saint Louis, MO to hire a Financial Analyst. This hybrid role is a great fit for someone eager to grow their career and gain exposure in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and development of plan exhibits
- Coordinate plan updates with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments
- Compile and analyze data to support budget vs. actual variance analysis
- Support the development of financial projections and forecasting models
- Assist with tie-out and validation of actuarial reserve analyses; prepare supporting summary documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the designated document repository system
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Accounting preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, or data-focused roles
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Foundational understanding of the insurance industry
- Strong attention to detail and consistent productivity
- Some exposure to communicating with senior leadership preferred
