Key Responsibilities\n

  • Individual and Family Therapy: Deliver therapeutic services to clients facing challenges such as relationship issues, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and grief. Tailor approaches based on individual client needs, ensuring therapy is engaging and impactful.

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that encompass a range of therapeutic interventions.

  • Therapeutic Interventions: Employ a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), structural family therapy, and solution-focused techniques, to provide effective treatment in alignment with clients' therapeutic goals.

  • Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Partner with fellow mental health practitioners to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. Actively participate in case conferences and share insights related to each client's progress and challenges.

  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical documentation through our practice management system. You will adhere to stringent ethical standards and state regulations, promoting accountability in your clinical practice.

  • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support during crisis situations, utilizing your skills to help clients effectively navigate acute distress and identify appropriate next steps.

  • Supervision and Mentorship: Depending on experience, you may have opportunities to mentor clinical interns, fostering the development of future mental health professionals and enriching our therapeutic community.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy in an outpatient clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience with specialized therapeutic techniques related to trauma recovery, family therapy dynamics, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
