For the majority of direct labor positions, ServiceSource will obtain documentation of a significant disability as per the JWOD Act.**Primary Duties****Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.** These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.* Maintains building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors; cleaning and vacuuming drapes, furniture, and carpeting including carpet scrubbing; resupplying rest rooms; replacing light bulbs.* Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash; replacing light bulbs.* Removes trash by emptying trash containers; transporting materials to disposal area; collecting recycling materials.* Keeps cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.* Maintains parts and equipment inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed parts; anticipating cleaning equipment replacement; placing orders.**Additional Responsibilities*** Maintains safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.* Perform other job related duties as assigned.**Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)*** High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred.* At least one (1) year custodial experience.preferred.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*** Ability to understand and follow direction.* Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.* Must have good oral/verbal communication skills. **Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. **Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand; bend and stoop; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to kneel and sit. The employee may regularly lift or move products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.**Work Environment**While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
