We’re seeking a driven, analytical, and curious early-career professional to join our team as a CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST —a role where you'll directly influence product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Analyze data to drive inventory replenishment decisions and maintain optimal stock levels
Monitor and improve in-stock performance, service levels, and on-time delivery
Partner with internal teams and customers to align supply and demand
Leverage ERP systems and customer data platforms to manage performance
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
Help optimize processes while balancing cost and service excellence

Who We’re Looking For

Recent graduate (or within 1–2 years) in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or similar field
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus!)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in supply chain
