This role offers a unique opportunity for both experienced and early-career Speech-Language Pathologists—including SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY credential holders—to shape young learners' futures in elementary environments, with some assignments available at the secondary level, particularly within specialized classroom units. Openings are available for both full-time and part-time schedules, including options for hybrid work arrangements.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to provide supervision and support to SLPAs as needed
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and delivering evidence-based therapy

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver therapy/services primarily for elementary students—with select positions serving specialized secondary units
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
• Provide supervision for SLPAs when needed, supporting skill development and high-quality service delivery
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth
