We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred• At least 5 years of experience with J2EE Technologies• At least 4 years in Application Maintenance and Production Support Services and processes• At least 4 years of experience in Web services, WebSphere Message Broker (WMB or similar ex:Web Methods) technologies and also Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, XML• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle including Application Maintenance and Production Support• At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements• At least 3 years of experience in review of Design and architecture, Root Cause Analysis• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment• Experience to Insurance and Financial services domain• Analytical skills and Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. QualificationsQualifications Basic• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
