We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role supports students with behavioral and developmental needs through assessment, program development, and staff training in a collaborative, EC–8th grade special education setting.
- Start Date 8/9/2026
- End Date 6/3/202
Schedule
• Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide training, coaching, and consultation to teachers and staff on behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support student IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust behavior plans based on data
• Support staff in implementing positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS)
Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with students with special needs preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
