Shift Differentials:

• $2.00 additional for evening shifts.
• $1.50 additional for night shifts.

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
