About Top Notch Events Inc.:
Top Notch Staffing Inc. connects skilled culinary professionals with excellent opportunities. We are hiring experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to support our clients' busy kitchens.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking cooks with a passion for great food, teamwork, and high standards. Whether prepping ingredients or cooking on the line, you’ll help create excellent dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Line Cook Duties:

Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and handling protocols are followed
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams

Prep Cook Duties:

Prep and portion food according to daily production needs
Wash, chop, and organize ingredients efficiently
Assist in kitchen setup, breakdown, and deep cleaning
Follow recipes, prep lists, and guidelines accurately

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook (minimum 1 year preferred)
Must have a personal knife kit
Strong knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food safety practices
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and cleanly under pressure
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
