Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking enthusiastic and professional Trade Show Staff to join our growing team in Boston, MA.

In this role, you will represent our company and its clients at trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and other face-to-face marketing environments. You will interact directly with attendees, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help create a welcoming and memorable experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in energetic environments, and wants to develop valuable skills in communication, customer engagement, sales, and event marketing.

Responsibilities

• Represent Beloform Craft and our clients professionally at trade shows and promotional events.
• Welcome and engage with event attendees in a friendly and confident manner.
• Present key information about products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Answer general questions and help attendees better understand the brands being represented.
• Assist with event preparation, booth organization, and promotional materials.
• Support the team in maintaining an organized and professional event environment.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers and event participants.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event and campaign objectives.
• Participate in training and development sessions.
• Provide feedback and observations following events to help improve future campaigns.

• Competitive salary of $38,000 – $42,000 per year.
