We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who shares our passion for improving access to quality mental health care. The ideal candidate is fun-loving, authentic, and thrives in an environment driven by core values of creativity, humor, compassion, and determination.

Key responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing mental health conditions, creating and implementing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, providing excellent client service, collaborating with a dynamic team, using creativity in interventions, maintaining a caseload, coordinating with various stakeholders, attending clinical meetings, and performing other tasks that support the clinic's mission.

Required qualifications include a master's degree in behavioral science or related field, current LMFT licensure, experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, ideally credentialed with insurance panels, comfort working with a diverse client base, and a sense of humor.
