Accounts Receivable Specialist

Established company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a full time opportunity Monday through Friday. The company provides some flexibility in the scheduling with start times anywhere from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Full benefits are offered after a 90 day probationary period that includes 100% paid medical for employees. The ideal applicant will have experience working as an Accounting Clerk or similar accounting role focused on AR duties. Individuals must have experience performing accounts receivable or have a BA in Accounting & Finance to be considered. The position reports to the Accounting Manager. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for opening department mail and logging client payments into the system. Run weekly reports and identify delinquent accounts. Perform front end collections to business partners and notify them of delinquency. Accept payment over the phone or log notes on reimbursement conversation. Perform basic data entry and accounting duties. Assist team and a manager on special projects as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
