Starting Wage : $32.26 + $2.30 shift differential

Shift : 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Friday - Sunday. Some overtime may be required.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitors production activities to eliminate delays and ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules
• Fills in for absenteeism to conduct day to day unit assembly and operations
• Assists in carrying out production objectives at the lowest cost, consistent with the organization's quality requirements
• Assures safety and product quality while improving production procedures
• Coordinates work flow with the various departments and incoming materials
• Reports damaged and defective equipment to maintenance
• Trains other employees in day to day procedures
• Maintains quality/quantity standards regarding output
• Analyzes work orders to estimate work alignment and unit options
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties
• Plans flow of materials through department according to work orders
• Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met
• Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
• Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew
• Consistently and effectively communicates with supervision and management
• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems
• Maintains time and production records
• All other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
• The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
• The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
