Pay Salaried Grade 6 $70,240 - $79,330 / year, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus 8 % shift premium for 3rd shift Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance. Required Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability

• Math proficiency in areas such as fractions, percentages, and basic algebra
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Good decision making and problem solving skills
• Self-confidence and perseverance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related area of study
• Working knowledge of Workday, MAXIMO, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing experience
