Compensation: $2024 - $2439 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, you will leverage your clinical skills and expertise to provide and oversee care for patients in a vibrant Stepdown environment. This position allows you to collaborate with a supportive team and gain invaluable experience in a respected facility.

• Deliver exceptional care to patients in the Stepdown unit
• Work alongside the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Employ EPIC EMR for precise and efficient documentation
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 during night shifts
• Participate in weekend shifts as part of your schedule

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Stepdown/Progressive Care environment
• Current Illinois nursing license required at the time of application
• Experience with EPIC is mandatory
• Certification in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Professional references from the past 24 months are preferred
• Valid Driver's License is necessary
