Qualifications Experience in financial planning, investment analysis, and an understanding of retirement, tax, and estate planning concepts. Strong relationship‑building, client‑service, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and conducting financial assessments. Strong communication, consultation, and problem‑solving skills. Licenses such as FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain). Experience with financial software and tools is a plus. Ability to work in‑office.
