Evening & Saturday Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)Edwards Kia in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for an Evening & Saturday Front Desk Receptionist (part-time). The receptionist will be responsible for performing administrative tasks in an office setting to support our day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for greeting customers and providing outstanding customer service. This will also include answering and directing calls, responding to visitor questions, and maintaining a pleasant environment.The hours of this position are 4:00pm-8:00PM Mon-Thursday and all day on Saturdays (8am-6pm). Must be flexible.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly mannerWelcome visitors with warmth and friendliness, and answer any questionsKeeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsOperate standard office equipment regularly, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computerKeep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls receivedReceive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mailMaintain the general office filing systemRequirementsA high school diploma or GED requiredExcellent interpersonal communications skills1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment (preferred)Knowledgeable in Microsoft OfficeComfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidancePunctual with strong attendance history
