The candidate for this position will have a good mechanical aptitude, diagnostic ability across multiple engine platforms and the willingness to learn from our team of skilled technicians.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform basic repairs on diesel engines, fuel systems and vehicle drive line components, such as turbo replacement, injector replacement & electrical systems, with efficiency and accuracy
- Upfitting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and pumping systems on trucks. Including installing PTO's, blowers, and pumps
- Observe, listen, and follow instructions given by senior technicians
- Communicate effectively, perform all entry level tasks, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Assist with general shop duties
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and grow your abilities
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs
- Ability to use proper tools and equipment to perform daily mechanical functions
- Good problem solving skills
- A collection of appropriate hand tools to work on diesel engines
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical or trade school- We are willing to train you!
This position offers competitive wages (Hourly rate - No Flat Rate) with a diverse benefit offering.
