This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 2 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your work schedule. Training will be conducted onsite. Primary Responsibilities: Sort and distribute incoming mail from USPS Cross train and work in all processes of mailroom operation Repetitive movements including sit, stand, kneel, reach Do mail run to 155 or 95 building Handling requests from Outlook inboxes Mail sorting - from internal mail couriers Process all outgoing mail and packages Miscellaneous tasks as assigned Run the postage / mailing machines You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience Valid driver's license Must be 18 years of age OR older Familiarity with computer applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic) Ability to work any of our full time, shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need Preferred Qualifications: Mailroom experience Organizational skills Ability to prioritize work Collaborate and communicate with co-workers and other departments Soft Skills: Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive Ability to perform at required productivity and quality levels Physical and Work Environment: Ability to lift 25 lbs. or sit for long periods of time Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $25 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
