Quality Control Inspector

An industry-leading organization is seeking a Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector II to support laboratory data review activities in a fast-paced GMP environment. This role is responsible for reviewing laboratory data, maintaining accurate records, supporting data archiving, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in pharmaceutical or biologics laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities Review laboratory test data for routine quality assurance activities, including both on-the-floor and off-the-floor reviews for low-complexity test methods. Archive laboratory data and maintain documentation within the RIMS system. Support data mining initiatives and assist with the review of raw material, environmental monitoring, in-process, final bulk, stability, and validation data. Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established laboratory procedures. Ensure laboratory records, documentation, and systems remain accurate, complete, and inspection-ready. Assist with administrative activities including logbook management, document scanning, and data filing. Promote a safe working environment by following established safety procedures and guidelines. Manage assigned tasks effectively to meet deadlines while supporting team objectives. Participate in training activities by demonstrating laboratory processes and best practices to team members. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. High school diploma with at least five years of combined experience in pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control will also be considered. Experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. Familiarity with RIMS , Empower , and A280 systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting laboratory data review activities. Knowledge of laboratory data archiving and document management. Experience with stability, validation, environmental monitoring, or raw material testing. Previous experience training or mentoring laboratory personnel.
