Our facilities function as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) that offer:

• Long-term care for residents needing continuous skilled support and compassionate daily assistance
• Short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
• Collaborative care through a team-based approach involving nursing, therapy, and medical staff
• A diverse patient demographic including those with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans based on any changes in the patient's condition. Daily, you will also provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current throughout employment.
