Ognomy Sleep is seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruiting across every function, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates in a lean environment without a large team or agency budget to lean on. This role will drive high-volume clinician hiring and also support hiring across corporate functions such as sales, product, engineering, and G&A.
