What You Will Do: Develop and manage longterm customer relationships to drive profitable rental growth within an assigned territory. Prospect new rental customers through jobsite visits, referrals, and targeted outreach, while maintaining a strong presence with existing accounts. Assess customer needs by understanding project scope, timelines, and equipment requirements to recommend effective rental solutions. Generate rental quotes and complete contracts, documentation, and system entries to ensure accurate transactions. What You Will Need: Sales experience: prior sales experience and/or relevant sales training. Customer focused mindset: ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships. Strong organization skills: able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities across a territory. Communication skills: clear, professional verbal and written communication. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
