Kayco Spray Booths, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of spray booths and finishing equipment. We take pride in building high-quality, dependable equipment for customers across a variety of industries.

We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team in La Vernia, Texas. No manufacturing experience is required—we are willing to train the right person. If you enjoy working with your hands, have a positive attitude, and take pride in doing quality work, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Shearing, breaking, fabricating, forming, punching, and notching sheet metal
• Operating machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Powder coating
• Welding, cutting, and torching
• Operating a forklift
• Building crates
• Using hand and power tools
• Measuring materials and components using a tape measure
• Assisting with other manufacturing and shop duties as needed

Requirements:

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for daily work
• Ability to lift and move panels weighing approximately 50–70 pounds
• Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Schedule:

• 4-day workweek – Monday through Thursday
• 10-hour shifts
• Day shift
• 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour, with higher starting pay available based on relevant experience.
