EMDR-Certified Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) - Hybrid Baker Street Behavioral Health is growing and looking for compassionate, skilled, EMDR-certified Licensed Therapists to join our collaborative team. We handle the administrative heavy lifting — our team manages intake calls, paperwork, billing, and scheduling — so you can spend more time doing what you love: helping clients. We serve patients across the country Strong Support: Clinical oversight, monthly peer supervision, and internal professional development Admin Support: No more chasing paperwork or billing — our concierge team handles it Growth & Referrals: Referral incentive program + opportunities to grow What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (psychiatry, neuropsych, OT, speech, etc.) Maintain timely documentation in a supported environment What We’re Looking For: Active independent license in New Jersey (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) EMDR-certification Experience working with a range of ages and clinical issues Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Bonus: Experience with families/couples, substance abuse, or bilingual abilities At Baker Street Behavioral Health, we believe in integrated, high-quality, whole-person care.
