Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our ICU department. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing care to critically ill patients and performing advanced nursing procedures. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes or emergencies.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a critical care setting.
• Active RN license required.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience with sepsis, respiratory issues, cardiac care, and trauma preferred.
