The CN partners with patients and families to ensure comprehensive, family-centered care, and maintains professional development, including licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and current knowledge of critical care practices. Required Qualifications: CA-RN Certification, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, 0 years of experience, California location. Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for rapid assessment, emergency response, patient education, and quality monitoring. They are expected to utilize clinical technology effectively and contribute to team-based improvements in patient care.
