About the Role Are you a hands-on electrical specialist who loves bringing massive, high-powered machinery to life? Randstad is seeking a skilled 12-24V Electrician to join a dynamic industrial manufacturing shop floor in Green Cove Springs!

In this role, you won't just be pulling wires—you’ll be the brain behind the build. You'll install main wire harnesses, wire complex electrical sub-assemblies, and use multimeters to run diagnostic checks on heavy-duty units before they hit the road. What You’ll Do

• Harness & Hardware Installation: Route and install main electrical harnesses into unit frames and integrate key components.

• Precision Assembly: Assemble, wire, and connect 12–24V DC electrical systems, panels, and controls.

• System Testing & Diagnostics: Perform operational checkouts on all electrical components using multimeters and testing equipment to ensure 100% functionality and safety.

• Blueprint Precision: Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and work orders to complete flawless installations.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• strong, practical knowledge of 12–24V DC electrical systems.

• Proven skill in reading schematics and using testing tools like multimeters.

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive electrical, or industrial wiring environments.

• Ability to work comfortably in an active, industrial shop environment (including heat and height requirements) and operate standard power tools safely.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
