Job Details and Responsibilities
As our Supervisor, you will be a pivotal leader, ensuring the strategic optimization and seamless execution of critical clinical functions. Every day, you will oversee and coordinate comprehensive clinical initiatives, establishing protocols, driving process improvements, and managing resources to enhance both patient care and operational efficiency. You'll lead, mentor, and empower a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. To be successful, you'll combine strong clinical acumen with exceptional organizational and analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to inspire and guide your team, transforming strategic visions into tangible, positive impacts.
Job Requirements
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. and Two years' experience and clinical knowledge in the same or similar clinical specialty, upon hire and
- One year Charge nurse or equivalent experience and
- Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Preferred:
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing, upon hire
