REGULAR FULL TIME Farmville, VA, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1061 Salary Range: $21.84 To $32.75 Hourly Full-Time Position Crossroads Community Services Board is seeking a qualified professional to provide liaison services with state psychiatric hospitals and ensure continuity of care for individuals transitioning from long‑term hospitalization to community‑based services. The successful candidate will provide case management services to adults diagnosed with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, or co‑occurring disorders. This position serves individuals in both forensic and civil units of state facilities, including those found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI), individuals awaiting restoration to competency, and those under civil commitment for involuntary psychiatric treatment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field required QMHP certification required Must complete all required Restoration Counselor training Previous experience providing services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, or co‑occurring disorders preferred Knowledge and experience in assessment, counseling, case management, and treatment planning Valid Virginia driver's license required Ability to travel to state hospitals and throughout the agency's catchment area Flexible schedules may be required to meet program and agency needs Additional Information: This position reports directly to the Coordinator of Case Management Services. The position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), designated as a Level Two position under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, and is subject to applicable OSHA regulations.
