Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and identify suitable properties. Maintain consistent lead follow‑up to grow the sales pipeline. Stay informed on local market knowledge to answer client questions about properties and the surrounding community. Create written purchase offers for buyers to facilitate a quick and smooth closing. Develop new business opportunities within the geographical area to ensure growth. Qualifications Valid Real Estate license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
