Neighbors Coffee & Co.

Job Description

We are looking for a joyful and hard-working individual to join our shop team as a barista. Responsibilities include serving customers, cash handling, brewing coffee and tea, making espresso drinks to order, preparing pastry and breakfast sandwiches, maintaining a clean cafe, doing dishes, etc. We are looking for a humble, teachable, and friendly people-oriented person who enjoys the food industry, knows how to work with a sense of urgency, and values serving others. Excellent social skills are a must.

Weekend availability is a must (Saturday & Sunday).

Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.

Previous cafe or food service is preferred but not required.

Must be comfortable with standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 65lbs.

This is a ~30 hour/week position, with potential for leadership development with the right candidate.
