We are looking for outgoing, energetic positive leaders to accurately represent our brand, develop sales teams with a focus on increasing profits, and improve both customer and employee satisfaction. Individuals in this position will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our management team. Responsibilities Recruit, select, and orient store staff Meet sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results Manage financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other operating expenses Maintain the store’s stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements Assign tasks to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and customer-ready Establish rapport with customers and build loyalty and long-term relationships Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits Safeguard and account for all money received and be responsible for banking requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day) Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends LST Austin, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
