Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $550,000 - $610,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
• Bonus: Immediate high-productivity bonus potential

What You'll Do

• Provide general urologic care across outpatient clinics and inpatient/surgical settings
• Perform diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of urologic conditions
• Utilize advanced robotic systems, including DaVinci XI and Aquablation (coming in 2026)
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned urologists and clinical staff
• Participate in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies
• Document patient care efficiently using Epic EMR system
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality patient outcomes in accordance with UCHealth standards
• Engage proactively with leadership to shape urology services and initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Urology license in Colorado or eligibility to practice in Colorado
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• At least 2 years of Urology experience preferred but not mandatory

Preferred:

• Excellent clinical and surgical skills
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a high-volume practice environment
• Support for visa candidates
