iStaff Pros is partnering with a Farmers Insurance agency seeking a  Customer Service Sales Representative to support its Personal Lines team and provide a positive, responsive experience for both existing and prospective clients.

About the Role

As a  Customer Service Sales Representative , you’ll support the Personal Lines team by assisting clients with service questions, billing needs, follow-up, and day-to-day account support.

You’ll serve as a helpful point of contact for both existing and prospective clients while working closely with the agency team to provide timely, professional service and maintain strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with inbound customer calls and general service inquiries
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients
• Help clients understand and resolve billing questions
• Research client concerns and identify timely solutions
• Provide professional, positive communication throughout the customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of basic insurance products, billing, and processing guidelines
• Support the Personal Lines team with additional customer service needs as assigned

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable receiving feedback and working collaboratively with a team
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
