The role involves providing specialized cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical care, primarily focusing on complex procedures including transplants and open and endovascular interventions. The position offers an opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-level trauma environment. Job Details Position Description: 3x12s shift schedule from 6:15 AM to 6:45 PM. Experience in circulating cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Consideration for 1 year of experience accepted if in a Level 1 trauma facility. Certifications and Education: BLS and ACLS required. BSN preferred. Pending license accepted; license in hand required for Illinois. Schedule: Dayshift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Clinical and Operational Responsibilities: Perform circulating duties in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases. Experience with open heart surgery, transplants, and complex vascular procedures is essential. Must have scrub experience in cardiovascular surgery. Additional Information: Will float within service line as needed, with rotation and call shifts varying based on unit needs. Travel experience not specified. No local candidates accepted within 75 miles; must reside outside this radius. Submission Requirements: Must have a current license for Illinois. MO license submission is optional. Prior trauma level 1 experience is required.
