Full-time; Mon - Friday 8a-4p

Setting:

No Patient Care, VA Disability Evaluation Questionnaires are conducted on-site

Equipment:

Will be trained on any equipment and Computer software that will be needed.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to perform Disability Benefit Questionnaires with service members who are Active Duty or Veterans of our Armed Forces. This provider will be performing General Medicine DBQ's and submitting their findings and the DBQ form through the VA portal.

Will spend 45 min to hour per patient.

Will be Solo

Provider will need laptop to connect to their Web-based documentation system. One can be provided by OptumServe

All needed instruments will be onsite.

No Treatment required, one-time evaluation

No Travel provided, Looking for drive in candidates
