Senior Symphony GOLD Supply Chain Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Symphony GOLD Supply Chain Consultant to lead the implementation, integration, and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions within large-scale retail and supply chain transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Symphony GOLD, retail merchandising and supply chain processes, Master Data Management (MDM), and enterprise system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, enhancement, and production support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions.
• Design and manage integrations between Symphony GOLD and enterprise platforms, including ERP, WMS, OMS, and supply chain planning systems.
• Integrate and support Relex Solutions and other supply chain planning platforms.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) solutions covering items, locations, vendors, product hierarchies, and organizational hierarchies.
• Analyze and support retail supply chain processes including order management, replenishment, allocation, pricing, promotions, inventory lifecycle, and forecasting.
• Develop and manage integrations using APIs, middleware, batch processing, and event-driven architectures.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support analytics and reporting for financial, operational, inventory, and supply chain performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot system, integration, data, and application issues and drive them through resolution.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across enterprise systems.
• Contribute to large-scale retail and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Support cloud-based solutions and modern data architecture initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, data mappings, and support procedures.

Required Skills

• 810+ years of experience in supply chain technology, retail systems, or related IT consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of retail merchandising and supply chain processes.
• Strong understanding of order management, replenishment, allocation, pricing & promotions, inventory management, and forecasting.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.
• Experience with Relex Solutions and vendor collaboration tools.
• Strong expertise in enterprise system integration.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, batch processing, and event-based processing.
• Strong understanding of data models, master data, product hierarchies, location hierarchies, and vendor data.
• Experience working on large-scale retail or supply chain transformation programs.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SQL and programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience integrating Symphony GOLD with ERP, WMS, OMS, and planning platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
