Senior Suites at Century Farms - Personal Care Aide About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Aide to join our team at Senior Suites at Century Farms in Carrollton, OH. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our senior residents by providing personalized care and support. Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom Assist with medication management, including administration and monitoring Help residents with mobility and transportation needs Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with residents to promote socialization and mental stimulation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of experience in personal care or a related field Ability to lift, transfer, and support residents as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends About Us: At Senior Suites at Century Farms, we pride ourselves on being "The Best Place to Call Home."
