LVN / LPN – Outpatient ClinicTryfacta is seeking a LVN / LPN – Outpatient Clinic for our client in Marina del Rey, CA 90292. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: LVN / LPN – Outpatient ClinicLocation: Marina del Rey, CA 90292.Duration: 13 WeeksWork Schedule: Day Shift, 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Hours: 40 Hours/WeekPay rate: $45.00/hr-$48.00/hrResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Assist with outpatient clinic procedures, including ENT, urology, cardiology, and neurology.Administer medications and provide oxygen support as required.Perform phlebotomy, blood withdrawal, IV therapy, and blood glucose testing.Monitor vital signs and perform 12-lead EKG/ECG procedures.Assist with Foley catheter insertion and clean-catch urine collection.Follow infection control and PPE protocols.Maintain accurate patient documentation and medication reconciliation.Float to assigned locations as required.Requirements:Active California LVN license.Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinic experience.BLS certification (AHA or ARC only).Valid California IV certification and blood withdrawal certification.Epic experience preferred.Must be flexible and willing to float.Flu vaccination required; no declinations or exemptions accepted.Two supervisor-level references from within the past year of employment required at submission.Maximum 7 days of RTO; no RTO during the first two weeks.No scheduling requests can be accommodated.Additional Notes:No travel experience required.No weekend or on-call requirements.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
