Position Summary The Housekeeper/Guest Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment for all guests. This role supports overall guest satisfaction by upholding cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the property.

Position Summary The Housekeeper/Guest Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment for all guests. This role supports overall guest satisfaction by upholding cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the property.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas
- Replenish linens, amenities, and guest supplies according to standards
- Follow checklists to maintain consistency and quality
- Report repair needs, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Communicate room status and special requests to leadership
- Assist team members to support smooth and efficient operations
- Perform additional cleaning or operational tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication skills
- Good organizational habits and time management
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to safely push/pull housekeeping carts
- Frequent walking, reaching, and repetitive movement
- Indoors in guests' rooms
- Weekend and holiday availability required
