Senior Sales Director

Location: Dallas, TX or San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Hybrid/Remote flexibility for the right candidate) About the Role Jade Global is looking for a Senior Sales Director to lead new-client acquisition across our Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, and Consumer Services verticals. This is a hunter role at its core — we need someone who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, not just growing what's already there. You'll work hand-in-hand with our ISV and hyperscaler partners (Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, Boomi, Databricks, and more) to drive joint go-to-market motions, and you'll own the full sales cycle from first outreach through contract close. What You'll Do Identify and win high-potential new clients across Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, and Consumer Services Build a strong, self-sourced pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry relationships Own the end-to-end sales process — outreach, negotiation, and deal closure Partner with leading ISVs and hyperscalers to drive co-sell and upsell opportunities Develop and execute sales strategies that consistently hit and exceed revenue targets Align closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams on go-to-market execution Build and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients Map stakeholder personas and manage complex buying committees Track performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasts, using data to sharpen strategy What We're Looking For 10+ years in B2B sales, with a demonstrated track record in new business development within technology services — candidates with roughly 15-18 years of experience tend to be the strongest fit for the scope of this role A background in IT consulting/services (rather than a pure software/product vendor) — you understand how to sell services, not just licenses Direct, hands-on experience working with ISV ecosystems — Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, Boomi, Workato, Databricks, or similar Comfort operating in a mid-market environment, not just large enterprise deal cycles Experience across at least two to three of: Cloud/SaaS, IT Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Managed Services Strong industry knowledge — AI-led services, CXM, Analytics, or similar specializations Proven ability to build value propositions and win competitive sales cycles Financial acumen for deal structuring and prospect/client analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
