The organization supports the division's talent needs. Day to day you will provide talent acquisition support to various business units by identifying external and internal talent to potentially hire. As an Associate Recruiter you will partner cross-functionally to deliver excellent talent acquisition support and drive success by providing a best-in-class experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams, as well as all related meetings including debriefs.Work with TA Program Manager on campus recruiting efforts and initiatives by attending career fairs and campus engagement events and assessing entry-level and intern talent.Help facilitate the summer intern program in partnership with Business Leads and HRBPs.Own confirmation and follow-up correspondences to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and e-mail.Maintain job descriptions and compensation information within all systems.Support TA Operations Manager with administration of employee referral program, recruitment marketing (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor), vendor management and budgeting.Based on volume and capability, provide recruiting support to Recruiters and Sr. Recruiters; review resumes from various sources and determine which are selected for next steps and which are rejected; conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates; make recommendations to Recruiters and hiring managers.Process invoices and Purchase Orders for TA/HR Team as needed for various expenses such as candidate travel, agency fees, training programs, and other costs.Manage and maintain all reports to support the Talent Acquisition team as well as additional ad hoc reports that are requested.Facilitate new hire orientations while providing high-quality onboarding experiences.Coordinate the internal recruitment process as needed to ensure internal candidates receive a first-in-class experience.Support various ad hoc projects and initiatives.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.Required ExperienceTalent acquisition experience required; between 1–2 years preferred.Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for positions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred.Required SkillsStrong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientThis client is a global real estate investment trust (REIT) specializing in wireless and communications infrastructure, operating approximately 226,000 communications sites across six continents.
