What You’ll Do As a Marketing Strategist at Numinar, you’ll have the opportunity to work cross‑functionally and gain hands‑on experience in political tech, growth marketing, content creation, and relationship management. You’ll be part of a small, fast‑moving team with real responsibility. Possible duties include: Assist in planning and executing growth campaigns (email, social media, digital ads) to increase brand awareness and user acquisition Look for great stories and generate content: blog posts, case studies, newsletter copy, social media posts, and other marketing collateral Help with market research: competitor analysis, audience segmentation, trends in political tech, and voter outreach best practices Review and optimize existing marketing funnel metrics; help with A/B testing and performance tracking Support event coordination: webinars, workshops, and industry panels Collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams to highlight features, create messaging, and provide feedback from users or potential users Who We’re Looking For One to five years experience in Marketing, Political Science, Communications, Public Policy, or related field Strong writing skills and attention to detail; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively Comfortable with digital tools: social media, email platforms, basic analytics (Google Analytics or similar), or basic design tools (Canva, Figma, HubSpot) Self‑starter mentality; able to take initiative and work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Interest in politics, campaigns, or advocacy Bonus: previous experience with content marketing; working in political or civic tech What You’ll Gain Real experience in a cutting‑edge political tech startup, working on projects that showcase impact in elections Mentorship from data scientists, product engineers, growth strategists, and other senior leaders at Numinar Exposure to end‑to‑end marketing: from strategy and content creation to metrics and optimization Opportunity to build your portfolio (writing samples, social content, campaign materials) Networking in the political tech / civic tech sphere Values & Culture Fit Numinar values innovation, service, team work, and a deep commitment to improving campaign technology for the Republican ecosystem.
