As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must. The fully-paid Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Apprentice program begins on August 3rd. Key Responsibilities: Learn and Assist: Work alongside experienced technicians to install,maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offeringappropriate solutions Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team toidentifyopportunities foradditionalservices or products that canbenefitcustomers Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines tomaintaina secure work environment for yourself and your team Qualifications: Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in mechanical systems and a willingness to learn about HVAC technology Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping people and a dedication toprovidingexceptional service Sales Enthusiast: Enjoy engaging with customers andidentifyingopportunities to enhance their HVAC experience Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly, adapt tonew technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license isrequiredfor this role.
