Job Summary Full‑time Retail Sales Associate at Walmart Wireless Services, located in Greenville, AL. You will assist customers with post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans while meeting monthly sales quotas. Advise customers on post‑paid/pre‑paid plans, accessories, and service plans. Uncover customer needs and overcome objections. Build professional relationships with customers and teammates. Welcome customers and politely offer solutions. Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and celebrate successes. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work station. Accurately document and report sales and activity to Retail Operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Knowledge of wireless products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
