Paralegal - Business Immigration

A highly respected International Firm has several openings throughout the United States for Senior Business Immigration Paralegals with at least 4 years of experience. Locations: Florida, Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, New York Metro area, California, Illinois, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and D.C. Paralegal duties and responsibilities Strong background in PERM, EB 1, I-140s, and I-485s. Must be able to identify potential issues arising in EB-2 and EB-3 cases. Background in H-1B, L-1, E-3, and TNs is preferred. Those with both NIV and IV experience will be considered first. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent Corporate client contact. Must be organized, detail‑oriented, responsive, and have excellent follow‑through skills. Must be able to multi‑task and work independently. Ability to work well under pressure and work effectively and with clients, attorneys, and staff.
