You can keep track of your progress in the selection process as well as stay updated on new positions that might interest you. **Shift**3p to 11:30p w/weekends**Scheduled Weekly Hours**40**POSITION PURPOSE****:**Supports the Patient Care Team by providing or assisting in activities associated with the sanitation, disinfecting and maintenance of cleanliness in all areas of the Medical Center and clinics.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS****:*** Thoroughly cleans patient care, office, ancillary, and general use areas as assigned. Responds to urgent cleaning needs as observed or reported.* Maintains adequate cleaning supplies and replenishes supplies (such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) for position assignment.* Safely and properly operates electric vacuum cleaners, and carpet spotting extractors as assigned. Assists in maintaining any and all cleaning equipment and reports any repairs needed.* Removes all trash and potentially infectious medical waste (PIMW) in a timely and safe manner ensuring proper disposal procedures are used.* Performs a variety of routine manual duties as required.
