Standard Hours: 40.00. Shift: Shift 1 – Monday to Friday, 7 am – 3 pm. No holidays, no weekends. Job Summary Provides professional Occupational Health nursing services to staff of Insinkerator, acting as an advocate for health and safety. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience A minimum of two years of experience in general patient care, demonstrating leadership and organizational abilities. Knowledge of Occupational Medicine is preferred. Education Associate degree in Nursing is required. COHN or COHN‑S is preferred. Special Skills Demonstrated knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and Standards of Practice for Occupational Health Nurses. Working knowledge of all equipment used in assessing and providing primary health care. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Licensure Requires current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a multi‑state nursing license from a participating state in the NLC. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days.
